1. Mogrosides can partially or wholly replace sucrose in food industry. For example, add 0.012% mogrosides into dextrin can make soft sweets without adding sugar. When substitute mogrosides for sucrose in biscuits production, the texture and taste will be very nice. When making pickles, to add 0.005% Mogrosides to the solution can reduce costs of salt, while the pickles tastes more crisp and fresh.
